A self-taught artist, passionate about cars and motorsports, he began his professional career at the Studio Jean Graton. Then for many years he was the creator of the cars for the famous French comic Michel Vaillant.

He will be later the official illustrator for Renault F1 team from 2008 to 2010, and WTCC from 2006 to 2011.

He works regularly for car manufacturers such as Ferrari F1, Maserati, BMW, Audi and Citroën.

Guillaume Lopez also designs and creates posters for all manner of publicity and promotion of any subject relating to matters automobile or motorsports.

One of his latest projects is for Marussia F1 Team at the request of Jules Bianchi.
